TPO柔性屋面光伏支架系统是专门为铺设TPO/PVC高分子防水卷材的金属或混凝土屋面开发的分布式光伏安装解决方案。该系统采用预制锚固基座（或免打孔基座） 作为核心连接件，基座自带与屋面同材质的TPO防水片材，通过热风焊接与屋面卷材融为一体，实现光伏支架与防水屋面的无损连接，彻底解决传统穿透式安装带来的漏水隐患。

TPO PV System
The TPO flexible roof PV mounting system is a distributed PV installation solution developed specifically for metal or concrete roofs covered with TPO/PVC polymer waterproofing membrane. The system uses a prefabricated anchoring base (or a drill-free base) as the core connector; the base comes with a TPO waterproofing sheet of the same material as the roof, which is fused with the roof membrane by hot-air welding, achieving a non-destructive connection between the PV mounting system and the waterproof roof and completely solving the leakage risk caused by traditional penetrating installation.

Core Advantages:
100% waterproofing assurance: the TPO sheet on the base is hot-air welded to the roof membrane to form an integrated waterproofing layer, completely eliminating the risk of leakage through penetrations; some solutions also use a vacuum tester to check the air tightness of welds, ensuring nothing is left to chance;
Zero-penetration installation: the drill-free base is hot-melt welded directly onto the roof membrane surface without penetrating the waterproofing layer; alternatively, prefabricated anchors penetrate the insulation layer and are fixed to the steel purlins, with TPO sheets covering and repairing the puncture — truly achieving "internal fixing and external protection";
Lightweight design: the adhesive solution adds only about 2 kg of load per square metre, which is friendly to the roof's load-bearing capacity; the aluminium alloy rails are light in weight with excellent corrosion resistance;
Easy and efficient installation: the base and rail adopt a modular design with a high degree of pre-assembly, greatly saving on-site construction time and cost;
